The food tasted good and there was a good selection to choose from.There are smaller booths,bigger booths, and regular tables... to choose from.It has a good atmosphere. June 2019 Fist visit and probably last visit What a big menu to choose from Ordered their soup and sandwich special for $9.99 ... Tuna on toasted rye and asparagus soup. The tuna sandwich is good.however the soup is watered down, not creamy at all and tasteis bland. For dessert, I ordered coffee and cinnabon bun coz it was recommended. The coffee doesn't taste fresh at all, only hada few sips and the bun is more like eating a piece of dry bread. I couldn't even taste the cinnamon in it. The food experiencewasn't that good but the server saved the day. She was very nice and always keeping a smiling face. Also noted that the managergave a discount off our bill. Don't go here! I won't be returning after this meal. My omelette was completely flooded with Hollandaise (I scraped a layer off... in this pic), and the egg was still slimey. It didn't taste good at all. *the taters and coffee were good though* My friend gota chicken club which was just sliced deli chicken and greasy dripping bacon strips. They comped my omelette meal reluctantlybut then warned me to know if I don't like something first I should let them know - not sure how I should know that ahead oftime. It was weird. I have been to thid Smitty's before and really enjoyed it. This time, it was less than stellar. Service was a bit slow and our... orders arrived a little on the cold side. The eggs were not cooked to how they were requested (this was offset by a freedessert). I could not claim my loyalty points using the app, so I ended up going without. Bummer. I might try this locationagain, or I might go to Smitty's in Spruce Grove .. or to one of a hundred other pancake places. Read more
