Bad Service! I asked for a light ice drink and they gave me a drink with it half filled with ice. I mentioned it had lots of ice... and they told me that is the standard for light ice?. I am paying for water! Further to that, they did not offer to make anotherdrink to satisfy me. If you want great service visit the South Park Starbucks on Gateway. I went there after and they told methat it was not made properly. They even offered me a free drink to make up from the bad experience. I wont be back to theEllerslie location. Read more
Always love coming to this location, the staff are always so friendly and I always have great conversations with them. Today in... particular I stopped by and the barista asked how my day was and I responded honestly saying I was very stressed, she was verykind and she showed a genuine interest in how I was feeling. This interaction made my day so much better and this is howcustomer service should be! I was able to grab her name and if you ever run into Morgan at this Starbucks know you?re in greathands! the staff here are pleasant, funny, cheerful & humorous! totally puts a smile on my face every visit guaranteed. i appreciate... what they do - and thats great customer service. special mention to Raj - sounds like a great guy that knows how to put valueand importance to a job well done. all staff at this Starbucks should get kudos - please make manager and the owner aware ofbaristas? great work. ill go out of my way to head to this location every time. Stop by the driveway to get some caffeine and warm up. I didn't want to bog up the drive thru so when the lady asked what I want... I was like 'oh geez, I'm sorry, I don't know", she asked if I needed help, and I said okay, and she suggested her fav latte tome. She also gave my dog a pup cup and he loved it. This is my go to Starbucks, and they never disappoint. Super friendly staff, and pretty quick for a Starbucks. I always love... bringing my pup through the drive through because they're always so genuinely happy to see him and chat with me. My favouritebarista is definitely Mickey though! They're always so bubbly and kind, and I always look forward to chatting with them whilewaiting for my drink! Read more
Staff are excellent and always smiling and always doing the best they can! The puzzling thing though is this location is... constantly out of Pike Place coffee when ordering. It also seems very inefficient compared to other locations for some reason. Read more
