K this was for real the best coffee experience I've had in my life. Quality of food/drinks was about the same as what you could... experience at any starbucks, but the minute I walked in, I was instantly greeted with warm smiles by the enthusiastic, kind, andenergetic staff members! The baristas went the extra mile to connect personally with each customer, which honestly made my dayand made it such an uplifting atmosphere! Thanks for being so awesome guys! :) Read more
I really like Starbucks for the most part, I drink their stuff almost daily. Perhaps it was just circumstances, but the place... was strangely less tidy than expected. A lot of flies were visible around the drink preparation area. The prep counter was wetwith an uneven milky liquid, obviously not wiped in the last 10 minutes. A lot of crumbs and sticky drink ring stains on thetables. Nothing horrible but not up to the usual Starbucks standard either. The flies, which eventually found us at our seats,were perhaps caused by the takeout window being open all the time? The less than optimal cleanliness could have been caused bylabor shortage? The staff was otherwise friendly and efficient at what they did. Coffee, the essential product, was good. Allthis cleanliness gap was likely just an awkward fluke. Read more

If I could rate this a big fat zero, I absolutely would. Can anyone tell me why it took 22 minutes to get a simple... drink? Starbucks should have a disclaimer telling in-store paying customers that they aren?t going to be served untilabsolutely everyone else is served first. Car after car came and went from the drive thru, online order after online order wasmade and piled up on the counter (weren?t claimed), as I, ordered a simple vanilla bean frappachino, waited 22 minutes to get mydrink!? At that point, it should have been refunded and given the drink for free. Clearly Starbucks doesn?t care about theircustomers. There was one other person waiting before me. That?s how ?busy? they were. The woman ahead of me also showedfrustration as she waited, clearly had been there a while, then another woman who arrived later joined the ridiculous wait. Itwas just absolute garbage service. Starbucks is trash. The guy making drinks said to me 4 times he?d make my drink ?in aminute?, then I watched as he pumped out numerous other drinks, still not even starting mine. Then asked me what size I ordered,then a time later asked what I was waiting for! Still not even starting to make it. Finally, another guy swooped in and made itin 30 seconds! Yes, 30seconds!!! You read that correctly. 30 seconds to basically squirt chemical flavour into a cup, pour infake milk substitute and grind up ice. Sub par, at its very best. This insanely unprofessional idea that Starbucks serveseveryone else in droves, over the customers who come into the shop, is appallingly absurd. Now I know why people say this is alow end franchise masquerading as good quality. What a joke Starbucks is. Never again. Not even if I?m desperate. Absolutelyterrible franchise with pathetically bad service. I can?t think of another place that has ever been that bad. I really can?t.
