2022 June 4? Located inside West Edmonton Mall, this Starbucks located on the 2nd floor has a nice view overlooking the first... and the ice skating rink. Very open and bright. Staff is great. Orders done right. Seating can be limited given how busy themall is. Fortunately, there's two Starbucks in this mall. A great location. Drinks are as expected. Read more
Today, I went to this location for a nice refreshment with my Fiance and child. After ordering, I observed over 13 other... customers come into your establishment and either order at the counter or pick up their order before me because of the mobileorder that Starbucks offers. I understand that mobile ordering is of a great convience for many of your customers as Starbuckscaters to the upper class, whom tend to be very busy or on tight schedules. But with this being said, it is not okay to onlyprioritize online orders and have your in-store customers wait 15 minutes for two cold drinks. It?s all about image and service because if you think about it?s coffee and pastries that are over priced with a customer reward... point system. That being said I have been induced by the big company marketing and like the coffee and pastries a lot. Thestaff is friendly and courteous. This location is really cool as it is right next to the Ice Palace in West Edmonton Mall.There are cold drinks also with breakfast and lunch sandwich selections. So I will keep coming. Read more
