While this is a nice small Starbucks. The experience could of been better. I know drive Thur is a priority but still some... acknowledgement would have been nice. While I don't drink coffee myself because I make my own gourmet coffee at home on my espresso machine, I do buy it for the rest... of my family as it is their favorite. I have to say this location has extremely friendly staff that is willing to help you foranything you may need and the products that come out always look professional and I have never had a problem getting orders fromhere. They are always respectful and the shop is always clean. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone else who likesgourmet coffee. Good job everyone and keep it up. Read more

Employees here are super kind and friendly. Ordered twice and I ordered the wrong white mocha frappe that is for children's... instead of the caffeinated beverage. One of the employees went above and beyond with replacement. On another occasion one of theemployees happily gave me extra whip topping when it had melted in my drink before I had drank it. These may be the littlethings but I appreciated it and it was the little things that count. Thanks to the employees that did this at the NW Albanylocation you guys have great customer service ????
