This is a great Starbucks location. The staff here care about their customers, and they care how their store looks and... functions. When I visit this store they greet me by name and take care of my order quickly. I have also seen once or twice whereanother customer needed a little more help with an order, and the team members here take the time to explain what is in thedrink before the customer pays for it. The service was ok. The lady serving us didn?t read the instructions for the drinks correctly leading to confusion on what was... on my drink but other than that the lady at the till was super nice and gave me a lot of suggestions on what tasted good withwhat ! Read more

Ordered a vanilla latte and it was exceptionally weak tasting. Took it back immediately and was told by the staff member that... they made it correctly and that they could make it again if I insist. Not sure why they felt such a negative attitude wasnecessary. I come to Starbucks for quality drinks, not for watery lattes. I would also note that this location is quite busyand that since they changed locations in the Mall the service has been noticeably lacking in friendly attitudes and fastservice. Read more
I was there today Dec/04/2022 around 17:25 pm. I order late other staff and I saw the strawberry juice it's was expired on... October/10/22 how come those expired juice still selling to costumer where is the supervizer or manger and the employe need tolittle be care I guess. Read more
