Night shift people are amazing. Nice, friendly, makes the drinks as expected and requested. BUT, I've tried so many times...... during the day. I realize it's a bit busier, but there's also many more people. There's normally 2 people during the evening,and 5 during the day. There's no drive-thru so that shouldn't be factored in for timing. I'm not trying to compare to theStarbucks down the road. But if I did, I'd be going to the one down the road. The reason I keep coming back to this particularlocation is because it's close and my breaks off work are only 15 minutes long. I've ordered multiple times, multiple times onthe mobile and multiple times in person. I don't know what's up with the person taking the order - doesn't smile, doesn't chat,doesn't answer questions, and you need to walk up to them to order, they don't look or call you over. (Which I wad always taughtto wait for them to call you over since walking up and ordering while they're doing something is rude) I'd normally be ok witheverything because the drink would turn out ok. But today? Nope... It's been sitting there for a close 5 minutes, I walked upand asked, "I ordered a iced caramel macchiato but that's not my name..," followed by them asking "upside down?" I said, yes.And they only nodded to the drink. Again, I ordered upside down... this drink was not made upside down... had coffee grinds init that mixed with the caramel on the bottom, coffee on top of the lid, and is overall just not a good experience. The staff are really nice but the problem is, I found hair in my drink. Wish I?d found it earlier before almost finishing it. I... used the mobile order and there was nowhere to report it at so I?m writing a review. If it was an accident, I hope they becareful next time... Finding hair on your drink isn?t appetizing at all. I've been trying out this Starbucks now for over a couple weeks and I love it. The service is always great and they took an... extra special precaution today as I am allergic to nuts and I was nervous because they released the new pistachio drink. Willdefinitely keep coming back here! Read more

I really like this Starbucks. Great community coffee house. There are always people at the tables giving it a warm feeling.... They take the time to get to know you and always greet the regulars by name. I've had several of the staff recommendations andhave always been happy with the outcome. Its clean well taken care of. Plenty of parking but no drive thru. Read more
So the sign in store says ?enjoys breakfast sandwich and a tall brewed coffee for $4.95? I asked if I could have a plain black... tea instead of the coffee. After carefully reading the promotion she decided it was an unreasonable request and couldn?t bedone.
