This store used to be amazing. Great staff a caring manager and quick and correct service. The new manager Ron has absaloutly... ruined this store. He staff depending who you get are rude and dont care about their jobs. Drinks are often made wrong or justtaste off. He's created a toxic unwelcoming environment for both staff and customers.and cares very little for both. This comingfrom a ex partner who worked with him and still has friends at the location. This location is heavily underserviced for the demand. Consistent long line ups at drive thru. Is management or headquarters... reads this review this area and Forrest Heights/Terrace Heights needs a new location! Waiting in drive thrus going to the roadfor 20-30mins is ridiculous. Read more

In Winter of 2019 - Paid for Grande lattes in the Reusable Holiday Cups. When I picked it up I noticed that it was not filled to... the top. I asked what I paid for, (already knowing it is supposed to be a grande) and the barista, that handed it to me, had askthe barista at the till what I paid for. She confirmed they were suppose to be GRANDES. I said that I think the drinks Irecieved were TALLS and that filling it up to the top should be grande volume. He asked the barista that made my drinks to fillit up some more. This picture is what they filled it to AFTER I asked them to top it up. Meanwhile, the store was not busy andthe employees there were goofing off and unprofessional. The barista that took my order was well mannered and quite good at herjob. It was the barista that made my drink and the person who presented my drink that ruined the experience for me. At the samestore (just after using the Red Reusable Holiday Cup a few times about 3 weeks ago), I asked a barista at this location wherethey fill the cup when it is a grande. They replied to the top of the cup. I asked what the line was for and she told me it wasa tall. I went home and measured it out and it was 1.5 cups which is equivalent to 12oz. On Starbucks website says 12oz is aTall whereas 16oz is a Grande. ...Not impressed Returned to this location today Sep 16, 2021 for PSL, same issue as over ayear ago... Did not fill it all the way up and I didn't even ask for whip this time. I didn't have time to check before weleft, as I was running late for work. Put in a complaint to head office and hopefully it gets dealt with. Read more
Great staff at this location, and ample seating and plug ins(though somewhat limited during Covid). Always clean, and the... baristas are friendly and efficient, even with managing the drive through. Lots of parking and great location. Read more
