Always check your drink before pulling out of the parking lot! Not the first time we have paid for a Venti drink and it is half... filled with foam. For the price of the drinks you would think they would actually fill them. Very disappointed! Read more
If I'm paying for a venti, I'd like my cup to be full please. Not half foam so it melts, and then my drink amount is as small as... a "tall" order. What's the point of paying that much for a drink, and I don't get it all? I won't be coming back to thislocation. Read more
I wanted to order the specialty roast but they didn't have any brewed. So I opted for the medium roast. I asked 1 cream 1... sugar. When I received my coffee, I opened the lid and they filled it right to the top where it was spilling all over. And mycoffee was so light that it looked like I asked for 4 cream. Worse experience and customer service. I was in the drive-thru 10 minutes before closing and the car in front of me placed their... order and then continued to chat with the barista. Once i got to the speaker to order i waited for 2 minutes without a responseso i pulled to the window. The car in front of me got their order and drove off. i pulled up to the window the barista at thewindow had already closed the window and just shook her head.
