Always check your drink before pulling out of the parking lot! Not the first time we have paid for a Venti drink and it is half... filled with foam. For the price of the drinks you would think they would actually fill them. Very disappointed! Read more
If I'm paying for a venti, I'd like my cup to be full please. Not half foam so it melts, and then my drink amount is as small as... a "tall" order. What's the point of paying that much for a drink, and I don't get it all? I won't be coming back to thislocation. Read more
I wanted to order the specialty roast but they didn't have any brewed. So I opted for the medium roast. I asked 1 cream 1... sugar. When I received my coffee, I opened the lid and they filled it right to the top where it was spilling all over. And mycoffee was so light that it looked like I asked for 4 cream. Worse experience and customer service. I was in the drive-thru 10 minutes before closing and the car in front of me placed their... order and then continued to chat with the barista. Once i got to the speaker to order i waited for 2 minutes without a responseso i pulled to the window. The car in front of me got their order and drove off. i pulled up to the window the barista at thewindow had already closed the window and just shook her head. This is my favourite Starbucks!! They always make my drinks perfectly, the service is great, the staff are super friendly and... kind. I don?t feel rushed when ordering, and they are always understanding when you customize your orders!! Highly recommend. Read more
Went drive thru and I ordered a iced black tea for myself and frappe for the kids. I loved the iced black tea, it's just... perfect for hot weather. My kids loved their drinks too! One thing that i liked is that when i can't decide on which frappe toget, the lady on the drive thru help me decide. She asked if i wanted something with or without coffee and also asked if iwanted with or without lemonade on my iced black tea. She was very helpful. Read more
This Starbuck inside the Sobeys store is an awesome place. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming . The only downside is... that they close early compared with the one opposite (harvest pointe). This location have more seats and the ambience is overallof high quality. Read more
