They need to be more organized. Waited about 4 mins to he asked my order in lerson. Order a tea (tea bag in hot water)in person.... Watch 3 people that ordered after me walk out with a hand crafted beverage. The guy at the till was on his phone.waited over 8mins for a tea! They are friendly, however their organization needs to be better. Read more

Didn?t know I paid almost $7 for a drink of ice. Every time you ask for light ice, it seem like the baristas doesn?t really pay... any attention to it and if you don?t drink it fast enough, the ice will just melt and dilute the drink. You?d best just order agrande instead of a venti to save a buck or two. I?m posting at this location because I just order from here but this usuallyhappens at most Starbucks. My partner and I order from here through Uber eats a lot. The other day we ordered and our coffee was missing. We called just to... let them know. The girl we spoke with on the phone (wish I knew her name) was nothing short of amazing. Her customer service isoff the charts spectacular. Honestly her level of professionalism and positive attitude negated the fact that some of our orderwas missing. She let me know when we order again she would keep her eyes opened for it and add our coffees in that were missingfrom our order. I didn't think she would remember but thought the gesture was really sweet. Well we ordered and low and beholdour missing coffees from yesterday were in our order today. She even added in a cookie as seen in picture. Honestly there aren'tmany employees left like this out there. Stars bucks you should feel lucky to have her employed. Every time I order an iced coffee with milk here it?s inconsistent every time. Either a weird after taste that doesn?t resemble... coffee or too bitter. I enjoy bitter tasting coffee but this is beyond what it should taste like relevant to other stores. Ihave had the same experience for the last 8 months ordering the drink here. I asked for a drink with the most amount of coffee in it and they provided. The first guy who helped me out, wonderful person... for his suggestion. The guy at the window was wonderful as well. Had the coolest pink hair (faded, they said... but no one wouldknow mystery dude who has cool hair) and was super friendly. both people were great and I am grateful for the caffeine. thanks!P.S.
