This Starbucks was great. Our drinks were correct but they forgot our treats which we had to ask for again. No they were not... busy but one employee could not wait to take lunch and that's who forgot to give us our treats. Other girl was very nice andpolite and did 90% of all the work herself. Read more
Great place to eat n get drinks
Great service as usual......
Have had 1 good drink here, every other drink I've had, including one particularly bad iced pumpkin latte today which prompted... me to write this review. My drink was not mixed at all, could still see absolutely every component of my drink. It is anabsolute shame the other starbucks on 109th and jasper ave shut down, there are almost no decent starbucks left in the downtowncore which is unfortunate. The Save-On Starbucks is just meh. Sometimes they make things properly, other times not. It is always slower than an average... Starbucks. I really miss the other Starbucks that used to be across the parking lot :( Read more
I've been going to this starbucks for years and have enjoyed the staff and the service. Just drove by today and it's closed... down. Don't know what's going on with starbucks but so many of their locations around town have shuttered their doors, includingtheir really busy stores, like this location. Such a shame. Read more
I did a mobile app order and they ran out of my egg bites. So right away she offered me the other flavor and had it ready in... minutes. They were super busy in there and it honestly was no big deal and she gave me a 4 dollar gift card. She went above andbeyond what I expected or needed. Great great customer service!!! Read more
Its always a great time for a Starbucks latte! A very convenient location with some of the funniest and friendliest staff I've... ever had the good fortune to meet. It's so weird now being able to go places without masks. Now we get to put a friendly placeto that stellar service. The service continues to be great. Just went back to this location on May 19, 2022.
