The atmosphere was really chill and calming. Staff chatted about hobbies, interests and were extremely friendly. This is the... best Subway location I've been to. Way better than my experiences in Japan, Thailand, the UK, and the US. The usual location Igo to is the one in the Grange since the staff are friendly and fun to chat up. The staff here went above and beyond for what Iexpected with Subway chains. Kudos to the staff and I hope management gives them a raise! Read more

November 9 2022 approximately 5:25 pm. Caucasian female employee with glasses and tattoo on arm was in the back side of the... store on her phone. Did not acknowledge the fact that I entered the store even though she show me walking in amd we had Icontact, no greetings when she came out. She asked me ?Can I help you? with a tone.Seemed unhappy to be there. Felt like she wasgiving me unnecessary attitude throughout the process and I didn?t do anything to deserve it. The shop is opened but there are no workers in the story on stony plain road, I waited 30 minutes never got served or responded... to and no one entered the store. I as well as called the store to gain any attention to the front that did nothing. I amdisgusted at the level of service that was not provided in this location. We have been to this Subway many times, but this will be the last. The gluten free bun fell apart as soon as I opened it. I... totally understand gluten free bread products can be dry, this was beyond that. The other sandwich was not gluten free but wasalso terrible. The girl could not have cared less. She said we have a new oven. So that?s why it looks like that. As far as thegluten free bun, her only comment was, we don?t make those here. That does not give you the right to sell something so poor. Inall honesty I should not have excepted the order. Read more

I stop here for salad all the time. Issue time 13:59 Fri Sept 30th 2022. I have been going here for years until today and was... here just yesterday. Wow like wow. Horrible experience. I asked for a double steak salad. She looked at me with disgust. Ithought wow bad day. The meat portion was the size of a single. I could not believe it. She asked what did I want I said bighandful of spinach and asked 3x because she was not listening. I asked for lettuce big handful 3x again because again notlistening. She would immediately ask anything else before I could say anything. I asked for onion She put like 3 or 4 pieces ofonion on it. I said a big handful She said "NO ITS TOO MUCH" at this point I was bewildered, the bowel was maybe, I mean maybe1/3 ish full if that. I said "pardon me" I was in disbelief that anyone would even say that. I eat alot of subway I know whatfits. Wow. Again she said it's too much. I eat the same thing each time I am at subway. I go here because I am ketogenic andhave limited food choices for fast food. She is small girl and has served me in the past with no issue at all. She was workingwith a filopeno guy. She was clearly rattled about something. I really hate to call anyone down but rather than call her out forher behavior I choose to put my hand up say nothing and walk out mid salad. I seriously have never done that. I have had someexcellent experiences at this subway. Give credit where it's due. hense the reason I go here. That by far was away out ofline. I suppose will not be back. Total shame because I use the Walmart here and was here just the day before with zero issues.Fast friendly service. I spend maybe $140 per month here. Easy $1000 a year at this location. Totally my loss because I reallyliked it here until now! However you cannot condone bad behavior and vote with you money. Read more

Went in first time to this location for lunch. What a pathetic joke of a place, I asked for spinach on my sub and there was the... last bit on bottom of container. So I asked if he could put more on (as there was 4 leafs ) I also asked if I could get a littlebit more lettuce. The female worker snarked that I will be charged extra for the veggies.? For what ? By far the worst Subway I've been to. They are so stingy with the toppings that they actually count the olives and peppers as... they put them on your sandwich. Rude service, that heated my sandwich when I asked them not to. I will definitely not be backto this location. What an awful Subway experience if I could give them zero stars I would. Read more
