I was refused service and humiliated by two staff on March 29 2021. They discriminated against me and responded rudely when I... asked to follow up with a manager about the service I had received; another customer came to my defence and I am grateful forthat. I?ve since received a follow up call from someone who identified them self as a manager named Prency who agreed that mytreatment was unwarranted and unacceptable, she apologized on behalf of the chain but offered no compensation.
