Worst customer service ever. Girl at the front does not know how to talk to customers.
Very rushed. Got a Flatbread sandwich. Flatbread was so hard I couldn't eat it. Maybe check your freshness??? I thought this was... subway. This was sub-par at best. Do better. Get it together. Read more
It happened third time, I placed order on website 2 times, every single time it was wrong order. Today I decided to order on... DoorDash. I ordered 2 footlong, one veggie delight and one veggies patty. I didn?t get my veggie which I ordered. Veggie delightwas total empty. If I am paying for it I think customer must get it. I gave feedback on their website but response on my firstorder, before my second order I called them to make sure I get everything right this time. But on call she was arguing with thatshe can?t give me anything for free lol which I never asked. So I decided to give review this time. Ordered Meatball footlong on wheat bread with M&M cookies. Order arrived, bread looked overdone or charred. And only 1 cookie.... Usually get 2 with any "meal deal" order. NOT HAPPY Read more
They didn't have ham, which is fine but then the girl tried to get me to get another sub and I said no I want a subway club. She... asked if I wanted any more meat, a subway club has always come with turkey, ham and roast beef when I order. So I told her roastbeef after she kept ignoring me. I asked for bacon as well multiple times and she didn't listen. Now to the Veggie side. The onecontainer of lettuce was all brown and disgusting. I hope no one gets that lettuce. It?s the second time this location has disappointed me . I went there around 9:35 to order but there was a line-up.Then after 10... minutes it was my turn to order. Firstly, I asked her if online coupons are valid in store or not. She replied it?s her choicewhether she wants to accept order or not. I mean what kind of answer is that. Then She refuses to take my order as i had 6sandwiches. She said in the most rude tone that we are closing soon. Although there was still 15 minutes to close. The younggirl with braided ponytail was super rude and disrespectful. Very bad customer service. Try to deal better with customers it?snot hard. Never going to order from here such poor service. The Manager at the store Anu showed a perfect example of unprofessional behaviour , bad tone of conversation and misinformation... . Kindly send her for soft skill training . And never knew that the subways with in 3 kms can have different rules & prices,surprised as per the manager . Wow. Read more
