You're "sandwich artists" have zero concept of assembly line service, instead you have 7000 people lined up and the "sandwich... artist" makes one whole sub at a time and it takes FOREVER TO GET FOOD! Train your staff how to properly and efficiently serveyour customers. Read more
I asked for the Sweet and Smoky chicken and bacon panini. I asked for it to be made the way it came on the menu. The guy behind... the counter turned and looked at the menu to try and figure out what came on it. I asked if he had a recipe to follow. He againturned and looked st rhe picture on the menu and guessed. He made the sandwich with the wrong ingredients. He said he would makeit a second time but still never asked anyone or went to see a list of ingredients. I had to tell him to wait and go to thesubway website to tell him what was on it. Then the other lady working told him no sweet smokey mustard (which is on the list ofingredients, hence the name of the sandwich) and told him to add ranch. I had to stop him again and revisit the website. Theother lady asked me if I wanted a combo, I said yes and she asked "cookies or chips?" I asked for 2 m&m cookies she puts 2macadamia nut cookies in the bag. Saying Thank you after payment does not mean good customer service. Poor training and poorteamwork. I have been here many times as I work close by. Usually it's pretty decent but today I pre-ordered and forgot to unclick onions... (I hate onions) so I called and gave them my order number they told me they didn't have that order number but would take down myinformation anyways. I get there and my order is ready and I swear they put extra onions on it. Update: from 2 stars to 4because they are rectifying the situation. The staff were friendly and did a good job in preparing the food. The food itself was very tasty and they always offer a great... and wide menu! The interior seemed pretty clean and had some area to sit down in the restaurant. One of the coolest things isthe pop machine and you get to alter the pop and add flavour to it, it?s awesome! I just got a Gluten Free sub at this Subway and they were awesome! They took it to a separate area, the bread was amazing, they... used new untouched ingredients that have not been cross contaminated. They changed their gloves 4 different time making surethat even the knife was brand new and had not been used yet. I'm so impressed and appreciative of their effort to accommodateme, and my being a pain in the butt celiac. I get that I'm entering a restaurant that mainly has bread products, so wheatwould be everywhere. I'm so impressed they went to the nth degree to have me eat there!
