Did mobile order. Was missing parts as well as being toasted. Had to try to convince staff there was an error. All i wanted was... what i ordered. The extra time I wasted trying to convince staff I wanted what I ordered I'm going to spend driving to adifferent location. Not worth it. It's subway I don't expect miracles but I hope I can get what i ordered thats printed clear asday on the receipt. Read more
We order online to lessen our impact being in store, but recently our sandwiches haven't been made correctly. The first time it... happened we didn't say anything, but today, we paid for extra cheese and ordered a sandwich that was supposed to come with baconwhich was missing, and neither of them came with any cheese. They also forgot to toast them. My partner went back to advise ofthe mistake and the worker accused him of lying?! So he opened the sandwiches and showed them, and they finally agreed to remakethem. I understand people make human error, but don't accuse us of lying, we're not trying to get anything free, we just wantwhat we paid for. We'll try a different location from now on. Read more
Wow the staff here are not friendly at all! Second time here and honestly won?t be back. I?ll drive the extra 10 mins to go to... another location. The lady making my sandwich didn?t listen to me when I said what to put on the subs, had to correct hermultiple times. I didn?t even want to ask her for anything else - just pay and get out. Not friendly! Vegetables were not too appealing. Lettuce was brown could tell wasn't fresh the tomatoes were mushy too ripe the... spinach was wilted no pickles! Wasn't happy too much mayo soggy sandwich even though was toasted. Guess I will skip these guys Read more
I went in Monday night April 18, around 21:30. I felt bad going so late to close (22:00). But the lady working (I didn't see her... name) was very friendly. She asked me how it was going. I got a footlong meatball and I asked for extra marinara sauce. Sheasked if it was OK, I said it was perfect. The sub was great, and the customer service was superb. Then I went back today, April21. I was served by a gentleman named Darryl. He was awesome. Very friendly as well.He was just as good as his coworker.All-around it was a great experience and the food was impeccable!
