I had a very frustrating experience here. Long story short is the employee guilted me out of not getting a refund for them... overcharging me, I asked for a credit card refund for one entire sandwich and they said they didn?t have that ability and thesandwich would go to waste, so I asked for just a refund for the amount they overcharged me, they went to get their personalmoney to refund me, and when I said that?s unacceptable, I?m not taking their own money, I just left. Terrible customer service. Didn?t listen to what I wanted on my sub, charged individually for every item instead of a combo and... played stupid about fixing it. I didn?t get napkins and when I tried to get some she disappeared into the back and ignored mesaying excuse me. When she did come she just threw them at the counter and walked away. Have ordered from here several times in the past year. Have found it to be understaffed during meal rushes (one person). On... multiple occasions they have not warmed more soup, even hours before closing time - they just tell you there is none. Severalmistakes (not following instructions) with mobile subway orders to this location. Choose a different location if there?s anotherone on your route. Read more
