Not impressed at all, spent $32 on 2 foot longs and a 6 inch (nothing else) and all were not great especially the 6 inch pizza... sub was so spicy I could not even finish it and I love spice but this time I ordered without any hot peppers or salt and pepperadded (which was def not added without my knowledge) and my mouth was literally in on fire. I even had 2 other people try justin case my taste buds were off and they said it was almost like they added hot sauce. Called to let them know and itimmediately disconnects you, how convenient. Ordered via Skip for pickup. The person who made our sandwiches mixed up the order and put the wrong toppings on the wrong subs.... Additionally, my husband ordered a footlong steak & cheese and it barely had any steak or veggies on it (they were the wrongveggies too) but everything was so skimpy that you could see the bread through the toppings when you opened the sandwich and atleast 1/4 of the sub was just plain bread and had nothing else. Also one thin strip of mustard. The sandwich was awful tbh. Wewould not suggest this location to anyone after our experience and seeing the other reviews. Fwiw, it was dead/empty when myhusband arrived, so I don?t even know that they can say it was because they were super busy?.just seems like incompetence andpoor service. Really disappointing. I wish I could give half of a star, This place is a godam circus, The staff is really nice and kind they deserve to be at a... better place, This is a question for the management, The manager does not know how to treat their staff right, They have 4people hired at this location and there should be wayyy more, The amount of pressure that is put onto the staff members at thisspecific location is unbearable and very unacceptable, The manager of this location is very disappointing and they should evendo a better job to replying at the reviews and at least say they will try to do better. This is the worst franchise I've seenbeing run. The owner should look forward into seeing the managers way of treating their staff members, Are you kidding me hiremore people then you wont have to deal with customers like me. Worst Subway ever. Could have made a better one at home. Lady at the counter does not even know what customer service... means. Non-fresh not enough veggies (requested twice to add more, all I got was a weird stare) Got only 3 tomato slice, 4cucumber slices and 6 spinach leaves in a foot long. Also, you?d probably need a magnifying glass to find if there?s any sauce.Not recommended at all, there?re plenty good subways within a mile distance. Read more
Would appreciate if the employees don't have to be asked multiple times to add sufficient toppings. For a foot long veggie, I... was being given 6 leaves of spinach, 4 cucumbers, barely any olives, or green peppers. Can give my business elsewhere if thislocation is not appreciative of it. Revising my review from 2 stars to 1. The lady Jaspal working there is the absolute worst.She is so stingy with adding veggies as is she brought them from home and is paying out of pocket for those.
