Lovely, polite worker. I asked for a gluten free sandwich and she made sure to ask about changing out gloves/knives etc. Food... was very well portioned and delicious. Signs say no coupons but that's fine. It's a fast food place and prices are already veryreasonable. Most complaints here are nothing to do with service or quality, just people wanting free stuff. Last time when I visited here, the people were so unfriendly like when I go in the store they would just ignore me and not treat... me as a customer. Inside the building was also really dirty and not clean enough for people to buy FOODS. They said couponsdoesn?t work, whenever I bring coupons to it they would just ignore and not reply to it. I handed the coupon over to the workerand they just stared at me too long and started telling other workers.this is an insult. I seriously don?t recommend this storeto anyone. Read more
I don't normally vent about about too much but this I will. Around 1:50pm we decided to go to the Subway in South Common by The... Keg for lunch. While we were waiting in line a lady behind us offered us a coupon. The guy behind the counter yells out at us,you can't do that. We replied do what. He said you cant give a coupon to another person. I said they dont have her name on themso what's the big deal. He said they are non transferable. I said well we will never come back here again. I am not sure if them sticking to the recipes too strictly is a good thing or a bad thing! I usually get my panini customized... and the other Subways charge me accordingly but the guy working here simply declined citing it wasn't a Subway recipe and thushe would not make it!! So I asked him to make a veggie delight sub instead and boy, was it perfect. For the first time ever,none of the sauces dripped out of my sub and I enjoyed a mess free sub!! That was something!! Went in today for lunch. There is a girl training right now( doing a great job) but her trainer was awful. Yelling at her for... everything in front of us. Even if the the trainee was not doing what she was supposed to, there are much better ways ofaddressing concerns without embarrassing her. beyond this, the conditions of this restaurant is terrible, all of the food isuncovered, she (trainer) put microwaved meat back in the bin, everything was turning brown from air exposure. Over all, get anew trainer in there, disappointed in her and my over all experience. Read more
I just had lunch at this location and the gentleman behind the counter was amazing. My friend has a gluten allergy and he made... sure to go down the line with hers completely before even thinking of touching ours. He was patient and understood herdaughter's eating habits as well. Very quiet and nice place, service is great. I got a chicken noodle soup and a chicken panini, they taste great thank you!
Awful experience. Only one staff. Long wait. Found two hairs in my sandwich fortunately before starting to eat. Took 5 minutes... and a phone call to their manager for a refund of my untouched meal and as I refused to have another sandwich. All I got was anO Sh...! from the one staff (Angela) instead of a simple we are sorry. Read more
