Bad attitude from an older female staff member, I walked in there for pickup for my two 6 inch subs and was greeted with general... passive aggressiveness from the lady working there when I asked for more vegetables. She added a few then when I requested moreshe then proceeded to berate me on how she can?t add more vegetables even though it said so on my order. She then called themanager taking up 5 minutes of my time, said that the manager wanted to speak with me over the phone over a few tomato slices?Horrible service, won?t be coming back again. I've ordered the same order three times from this location through the app, which is the Southwest Steak and Cheese, which comes... with avocado on the sub. Every single time, it hasn't had avocado on it. One time, it's a mistake. Two times, maybe I just gotunlucky. Three times, there is clearly an issue with the training of staff. I had given a good review in the past of thisplace, but after getting scammed out of like 6 bucks worth of avocado, I'd rather just go to the Subway on Ellerslie and 111th. Read more

I am absolutely disgusted by the service here. A week ago now, there was an honest mistake made and I was charged twice for my... order. At the time of payment I said I would take a $10.00 gift card or cash either or was fine. I was told I would be contactedthe next day by a supervisor. Didn?t hear from anyone. So I followed up. They said they can only issue a $5.00 refund becauseit?s not their fault. I was completely shocked by this statement. There was no food made at the time that I requested a giftcard or cash return. They then made the food and tried to give me 6 subs. I declined the subs. And said I just want a gift cardor a cash refund. I was told yet again the manager and supervisor will call me and they took down my number. The next day I callagain. This being Saturday now. Same answer ?my manager will call you?. It is now been one week. I still haven?t received anysort of refund or compensation for the mistake that they made. This is absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Highly would NOTrecommend going here. Update: nice people who do a great job making sandwiches, but this location is chronically understaffed - you will wait 15 - 20... minutes before being served by the sole staff member trying hard to keep up with the line up of people and the delivery orders.The last couple of times I've given up and walked out after waiting for a long time. They overcharge you at the till without changing the price on the menu. When I notified them they responded by giving me a... self-congratulatory applause for updating their menu that was likely intentionally not changed. With nothing about returningthe few bucks difference in price. You are technically stealing from people if you knowingly overcharge them and do not refundit. And the woman who works there is the same one who works on Ellerslie. The one who gives you a look like she hates herjob(s) and that you are bothering her by ordering. Likely the same owner(s).
