Drive thru is getting very slow regardless if ordering taco bell or KFC, even when there is no other cars. Cashier in drive... thru not very friendly. Had extra charges in my order, had to get them to fix it. Read more

Just ordered 2 dorito big boxes and double crunch wrap supreme. On every item we are wondering where is the meat. Fries are old,... cold and almost wet. The tacos were broken, the crunch wrap wasnt even properly closed. For 35$ over half of it ended up in thetrash. Extremely disappointing. I complained about this place 3 years ago, I had hoped they had gotten better. Obviously Ishould have read the recent reviews before going. Waste of money and time and calories honestly. Just got a mouth full oftortilla lettuce and broken dorito. Not much else. Can we get half a refund since half ended up in the trash? Read more
Extremely poor meal and over priced. Bought 3 tacos and in each one I had to ask "where's the beef"? I took a picture of 1 of... the tacos to prove my point. There wasn't even a total of 2 tablespoons of beef between all 3 tacos. There was more lettuce andpita bread then anything else. Very stingy and we will never be back. Read more
Will never order from here again! Complete waste of money! Took 2 bites of my Crunchwrap and decided to pull it open after not... getting anything but lettuce and cheese. There?s no meat under the cheese showing in the pic. I thought maybe it had slide down?nope! I had the most meat in mine out of 5! This may have been the worst experience at a fast food place I?ve ever had. I only reviews for good places, this is the complete... opposite. First off, do you guys sit on the tacos before sending them out? My dog died 3 years ago and could have made it betterthan this. Everything falls apart, with about 18% of the required amount to be filled. Complete joke of your product. Let?s moveto the fries now. I think these fries were made in 1982 and then heated up before it left in my bag. Your prices are already badenough, but I paid the extra $2 because I was feeling it. Well.. I got one little burnt piece of beef, and enough sour cream todrown Edmonton in. I had already scooped most off before picture. I would highly recommend going to the Quiznos next door ifyou?re looking for an actual meal. However, the staff was friendly and fast. Probably because this food was made last week. Read more
I visited this Taco Bell with my boyfriend on 11/13/2022. My quesadilla was not the cheese which made it melt, but rather there... was NO cheese in my quesadilla. Upon asking the waiter, they said the cheese was made. I ordered the orange juice, and I askedthe waiter to refill the orange juice. He said the machine was broken and he could only provide me with water, the Coca Colamachine was broken. So I paid, and I went to the parking lot where I learned that someone ate my quesadilla. I was heartbroken.What I wanted was to get my money back, or at least, give me a new quesadilla. Can someone please give me my quesadilla back? Read more
