Worst place ever, always closes 20mins early, and cant order what you'd like at that time cause they refuse to make things... before they close. Costumer service is garbage, not polite, dont seem like they wanna be there. Always mess up on orders when weorder and just a headache and now that tacobell pulled out less likely to go back as the tacobell and kfc mix it always best butthis location has turned my family of kfc for some time. Hell bet i could take it over and triple the profits as the way itsran is trash and employees arent diversified enough. Read more
Riya the shift manager is very rude and likes to rip off kids, the food was over cooked and cold got shorted fries and ordered... large gravy and was filled half full and it was super chunky and burnt like it has been used for the last week. They need toshut this place down or get people in there that actually care! They also let homeless people in and pee in the corners of therestaurant. Read more
Terrible service, terrible food quality. Ordered on Google, said to pick up at x time. Food wasn't ready until 20 minutes later.... Got less food than we should've. Fries were cold. Chicken was lukewarm at best. Store smells gross, looks dirty, staff areclueless. This place needs to be shut down. Read more
Just had worst chicken in my life and I have been enjoying KFC for over 45 years! Chicken was cooked to a crisp and greasy with... absolutely no flavor of the recipe coating on the chicken?????????????????? Will gladly drive to another location should I getthe stomach for it again. Read more
Taco Bell may be on the sign out front but they do not have any of the taco bell deals such as taco Monday. Got 2 beef burritos,... both of which were cold. Do not waste your time going here if you want to enjoy your food. Read more
Don't go here. Staff took forever to prepare our meal, had an unusually long conversation before they prepared each of our items... one by one. When we got home, we discovered that they had prepared a real chicken sandwich to one of us, who had emphasized tothe staff multiple times that he needed a vegetarian option. After he called them and asked them to make a vegetarian option forhim to collect, they just hung up on him. In the end, they agreed to provide a refund. Ok, soooooo. Last Friday's experience was terrible. I arrived , was not greeted upon my time at the till, hard time... communicating with the employee in regards to the$20 bucket promotion, has to wait 20 min for ???? (not a problem), heard mychicken finish cooking ???? awesome, then watched it be given away to a new customer who just arrived ???? and then Iapproached the staff only to have them yell at each other over who was going to tell me that they gave away my meal........ nowI'm at this location for about 40 min at this point have already paid but have no chicken...... so I'm assured that they willgive me extra hush chicken sinceI'm being such a patient customer, only to wait for anther 20 for my chicken and to my surprisewhen it's packed find that the extra chicken the rep was taking to me about would be two pathetic drum sticks with no meat onthem. I should have taken a picture of them but I was so upset that I placed the drum sticks on the counter and found out that'sit they were done and I was out of luck......
