Food wasn't nuked hot enough..mexi fries were barley warm...veggie burrito wasn't nuked hot enough which wouldnhave tasted much... better if it was. Staff is always friendly and one in particular loves to sing. Place needs to be renovated. Read more

Terrible customer service!! Wouldn?t recommend this location. Waited a long time in drive thru. After a long wait we... discovered toppings on deluxe mexi fries were missing, so turned around and went inside to get it rectified. When we got homestarted eating the crisp beef burrito. It was tasteless and had no cheese inside. When I called to inquire the lady arguedwith me that I didn?t know what I was talking about as there is cheese inside. There is nothing healthy and Taco Time. I really suspect that even the lettuce is engineered to taste just right beside the... chemically enhanced beef and cheese that doesn't follow physics. I actually count down days between meals here. It's anaddiction, you know it's not good, you come back for more everytime anyways.... Read more

Just went in there for "Taco Tuesday" ..Even though there was plenty of staff and I was the only one at the counter, I still had... to wait a good 4-5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Upon receiving my order I noticed that there was only about 12 mexi-fries on the plate ..when I mentioned this the manager replied "that's all it comes with Sir..if you would like more you'll haveto pay extra". My response was no I don't wish to pay extra I simply want a full order of your fries, not a half order..Then she( the manager) said "would you like your money back then?"..I replied yes indeed I would, and in addition you've also lost along standing customer over a few mexi- fries. Her response was "no problem"..I have to say that I was a bit taken aback by allof this..all of us are to some degree feeling the strain of increasing prices on just about everything, and dining out hasbecome far less frequent for some due to this burden we are all facing to some degree..As a business owner myself I would neverdismiss customers concerns no matter how trivial they might be, It doesn't take a person with an IQ of a 3 minute egg torealize that in our ever changing world your customers are more valuable than ever, and only a fool would alienate them. Bottomline ..over few cents this manager has lost untold revenue from not only myself, but also countless others who will read thisreview and decide to take a pass on this Taco Time..tsk tsk..the epitome of bad management in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and go through the drive through. I love the food at this place, it is a little on the pricey side compared... to a McDonalds, but in line with Taco Bell, I'd say. The new chicken recipe is an upgrade and MexiFries are without peer. Mygripes are all with the physical infrastructure of the restaurant and the staff; -Staff here are not too worried about yourexperience at the restaurant, they will walk away from you mid-order to get paper for the receipt machine, then have you repeatyour order a few times because their mind must have checked out for the evening a while before you got there. -There is a bunchof random junk stored in the vestibule that is not in use, but in plain view of customers -Tables are cleaned. Eventually. -Thebathroom has what I might call a "Ghetto Gas Station" aesthetic. Hand Soap is dispensed from a spray bottle? Really. But go forthe food, just try not to think too much about where else the franchisee is saving money.... Read more

Literally the worst taco time. We ordered a large beef and cheese a large chicken ranch and two large mexi fries and received a... regular beef and cheese a large beef and cheese and two medium mexi fries and of course they didn?t give me my receipt we spent41$ got home and noticed tried to call but it goes straight to voicemail. Big disappointment. This place used to be so good and so full a few years back but is now cheaping out on the food quantity. We... had about a $60 order in an empty store. The service to take the order was fine as the store was empty. Problems started withthe food. We were eating inside but received food in to go containers (hint? trying to avoid cleanup?) The food portions weretiny. Tacos were half full. I got chopped tomatoes rather than a slice (small pieces make it look like more). The burritoslooked shrunk with mostly the tortilla and little filling. Bowls were half full. Mexifrys seemed ok but the worst part was thesauce which was watery rather than a thick paste. Left hungry and disappointed. On the positive side the water no ice wasperfect and the taste was good. If someone from corporate is reading this please talk to the owners and ask them to stop cuttingdown on the food quantity. Read more

Had a beef Burrito. It was good. There was a bit of a wait in line bc thier payment machine was having issues. But Service was... friendly and they got it sorted. I like Taco Time. Way better than Taco Bell. Read more
