HORRABLE!!!!! Something that was so simple to fix, they create a way bigger issue! A silly burrito was missed in my order. When... I phoned to tell them and see about getting my stupid burrito, they had the nerve to tell me, I was wrong. They I must have beenmistaken. I then told them, no I am absolutely sure my burrito was not in my bag. They then continued to yell and tell me I waslying. Are you kidding me right now! It was a burrito.... something that could have easily been fixed, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ithen spoke with the manager. And she then told me I was wrong... NEVER NEVER EVER WILL I GO BACK. Worst taco time I've been to in the city. There was barely any sour cream in my super chicken burrito, the dude put it in a... microwave and then left it in there for like 5 minutes causing the sour cream that was in there to completely change to a liquidand drip out the bottom of my burrito. I ordered deluxe mexifries, he charged me for them, but then gave me a sad looking bag ofregular mexifries. The only thing good that I had from this place was the bottled Pepsi, although after eating this food I halfexpected it to taste like Safeway cola. Read more
I normally like Taco Time. This is the Absolute Worst Taco Time in my life. The burrito is a complete soggy, greasy mess, as ... you can see from the picture. It was inedible. The "cheese" they poured on my chips was just watery, yellow oil with chunks init. When I asked for some cheese from a different batch they poured some freezing cold cheese sauce on the same chips. I went upto complain and showed the woman my food and she told me to go away. This place shouldn't be allowed to run under the franchisename. Read more
