My husband and I went in tonight at 7.30PM. As we open the door we were met with an eye roll from one of the staff members who... then proceeded to serve us. This staff member told us we couldn?t use our points card, however on the sign it read you can useit until August 31. Today it is August 28. We were waiting for our order to be made. The other staff member made our order thenproceeded to throw the boxes at us across the counter. This staff member never looked at us, they never said anything to us. Aswe picked up our food neither of them said goodbye or thank you. Absolutely terrible service. I doubt we will be returning tothis location. Read more
This is the second time I?ve been to this location and again I was disappointed. J ordered the chopped tuna melt sandwich and it... hardly has any tuna on it. For an $11 sandwich I could?ve made better at home for $3. I usually go to the mayfield location andthis has never happened there, it?s always a thick and full sandwich there, so this is quite disappointing to know they are notportioning properly at the gateway location. Cold and soggy once I got my order, would be nice if they filled up the ranch to the top instead of being stingy! My chicken... sandwich maybe had 3 pieces in the while thing, they act like it?s coming out of there pocket. Not impressed. Read more
Great customer service and quick. Had BBQ chicken quasidia and it was tasty.
Dont go to this location they barely put any ingredients in 2 out of 3 salads we ordered and charged full price, best they could... offer was a bloody starter coupon for one. Didnt trust them enough to remake my bowl check your food before you leave if you dotrust them enough to make your food. Also cant believe that they dont have a manager and make you bring your food back to evenconsider a refund, sounds like bogus policies UPDATE: Managers do exist at this location i talked to one and explained above,the employee girl who poorly made my salads tried to lie to her boss and say i got a cash refund (which i did) AND another saladwhich i DID NOT, i dont like liars and i dont like being malnourishly scammed in a box. Food was fresh and tasted delicious. The staff also went above and beyond helping my little one (20 months old) have a good... time. They even let her use the broom! Friendly staff, great food, clean, all around great! Read more
