I discovered The Happy Camel at the Bountiful Marketplace. I picked up Lemony Bean Hummus, pita chips and gloriously fluffy... white pita. The full container of hummus didn't last 1 hour after I got home. The pita chips are done. I'll need to buy doublewhat I bought... just so I don't have to share with the rest of my family. Just a little bakery, right next door to the bottle depot in Callingwood on west end of Edmonton. Worth supporting! Really nice... staff. Fresh homemade middle-eastern style dips. Interesting flavours of hummus! The best part, for our family, is that theymake fresh, soft pitas in gluten free along with regular wheat flours!! They freeze well but who wants to wait that long??!!
