I love Indian food, and my favorite is paratha and the vibes here are pure desi. I am always looking for that authentic Indian... experience when I travel, and Parantha hut is definitely worth a try. So I ordered Amritsari Kulcha from skip. It came within 30 minutes. Which mean surely I can?t blame skip for this. Firstly, this... is not Amritsari Kulcha. I thought it?s aloo Praunthe, but when i taste it, its not even praunthe. I ordered three plates andall three same disappointment taste, puking kulcha. Secondly, is this how you cook??? Please don?t reply back with ?come torestaurant. Not to order from skip or uber. Taste is different blah blah.?. Driver didn?t cook anything in transit. Restaurantdid. And this is worst thing i have seen in Edmonton so far. Thirdly, whosoever prep this order, surely that person is nothappy. Else, who will insult Amritsari kulcha so badly. Seriously, show it to those people who ate this thing since childhoodand they are literally feeling disgusted just by looking at it. Lastly, most of the restaurants, after getting fame reducethere quality. Welcome to that category ?the punjab prauntha hut?. Sometimes person is unable to come to the restaurant forothers safety. And this is how you treat them if they ordered online. If you don?t respect your customers, but atleast respectyour business, ?the food?. They just need to improve little bit of customer service.. We came but nobody approached us and I saw my vaccine proof to them,... 3 girls were there at counter at same time but all looked confused and didn't know what's going on! Then I asked that it's myvaccine proof do you need that, still they all looked confused ????? But anyways food was awesome as always and happy to eat infull vegetarian restaurant... ???????????? Honestly wasn't expecting such great customer service and for the food to taste so good. Ate there yesterday for the first time.... I could not believe how kind and helpful the waitress was. She seriously made our experience being at the restaurant so worthit. I wish I had gotten her name and could write it here but I am seriously so pleased with her service. The food was so freshand just soo good! This restaurant will on my top list to order from-from now on. I cannot stop boasting about how great thewaitress was and the whole experience being there was to my friends and family. Everyone should definitely check them out. Read more
Food is tasty and tea is very nice. Today ordered Aloo paratha which was thin like roomali roti, aloo was visible. Maybe ran out... of dough and made two paratha from one. Paratha suppose to be thick. I have ordered before so i know what went wrong. Pleasedon't go cheap on dough, you will start loosing customers. Update: Spoke to owner Majinder Bedi, LOL ???? his excuse was thatpotatoes from new supplier are big . My friend I worked 15 years in restaurants, I can't even digest your story with a bigbottle of Hajmola. Bottom line is don't decrease dough quantity(not quality). Read more
