Came to get ice coffee last week... got half the cup thought its may be because its busy or she forgot. But happened again... today. Asksd the women on morning shift is she can put more coffee in it as it was hardly half a cup. She refused nd said thisis how it comes.. either you stop selling coffeesss if cant put genuine quantity or train yoru staff properly nd teach them howto talk to customers. They need retraining. Strongly recommend that. Or best is not to go at this tim again . My wife also toldme this happed with her once but i was like may be thats a mistake but they have a habbit of this. Someone send help and atrainer for them. Watching training videos is not enough for them i guess. Read more
This is not how a large ice coffee without ice looks like. This is not the first tim in canada.... and my 1st order. Staff has... worst attitude. Worst staff. Women in morning shifts gives half cup everyday for my ice coffee. I have that everyday. Nd askedmultiple times to improve the quantity. Today i decided to go for large cup so that ill have atleast medium cups quantity. Andthis is wht she gave me. I said wt if i pay for another small cup will you be able to put a genuine amount of coffee. And sheshamelessly said yes just wait for a sec i can do that. I hate this place so much now. The guy started working here was nice butnow she is here every morning. Either ill leave drinking cooffee or change tim i get coffee from or someone gives her adifferent shift. So i wont have to strt my day in such a bad mood every single day. This is not explainable. This quantity... ihate the staff srvice here. Need to change them or their attitude atleast. I would recoment to give then customer service ndportions training once again. 0 starss for them 0 i wish goigle had option for 0 here. Read more

Purchased veggie habanero salad on Tuesday, they didn?t put cucumber ????in that after couple days I complained to manager... directly and he refused directly also didn?t apologized for that, very very poor. Read more
I wish there was 0 to rate it. The guy did not stir coffee well and when I called upon the supervisor came to support him by... accusing me that I was rude and it is my bad day today. As if I stole her boyfriend. She was not at all professional, did notintroduce herself to me neither she was sorry. She behaved like she is Queen of some country and got irritated why I spoke thetruth. I think that queen should not be a supervisor, she knows very well how to support her colleague but she does not thevalue of others money and apology. She could support her colleague by educating him about quality of work rather being judge formy day. I request the owner to look into this matter. Read more
