I used the drive through (1:10pm) and ordered Veggie wrap no sauce a coffee and potato wedges total is $9.75 I order this almost... everyday at all different locations. They didnt have potato wedges so they offered mea hashbrown instead and charged me .50 forit making the combo $10.28. I said that I shouldn be up charged because you dont have any wedges. The guy and woman at thewindow were very rude and said they cant do anything passed me my food and closed the window. Very poor customer serviceconsidering I come to this location daily in the winter. I wont anymore. I will go to the new location beside Meadowlark malland tell the other guys working on the LRT to do that same. Read more
Good place to drink coffee, eat donut and many other food to choose.
3 stars, it?s a hit or miss depending on who is manning the drive through and inside. There are some great staff at this... location however also some that are lacking, the manager and owner are great people who work very diligently however some of theother staff are rude and going through the drive through is either great or really slow. Some days are great, drive through isdecent speed, and orders correct. Others are horrible where staff are rude and orders are done slow and incorrect. Was hesitant to write a review but after more than 6 bad encounters with the staff I wanted to say something. They always make... the order wrong or burnt or messy or all of the above, the drive thru persons are almost always rude and short. Not sure whythis tim hortons is so poorly staffed but I always try avoiding it. Read more
