Unfortunately my closest location. But I try to avoid it. Too rushed to be friendly. Too rushed often to get orders right.... Within 2 days one order gave me coffee instead of steeped tea I ordered. Next day out bacon on my bagel instead of butter. Theyrecently added a triple lane drive through but it is annoying because they hardly ever have 2 people on to take orders. Read more
I think this place is understaffed mostly which makes u wait long time in drive through even if there is only one or two cars.... Adding to my last review about my today visit. I ordered a donut foot my daughter but look at the picture they serve it all thechocolate is on the bag and the donut is all plain. Such poor service. Read more
Went there to grab a coffee around 4 in the morning? whoever was working he didn?t let me complete my order and said drive ahead... .. that was very rude .. if you are getting paid, then you need to work properly .. either work good or you should quit and findanother job where you dont have to interact with customers. .. seriously need to work on customer service .. First time visiting this location as it's so close to my new office. It certainly won't be the last - the food was standard fare... for Tim Hortons. It was the service that set this location apart from other Tim's I've visited. The staff person was so kind,helpful and had a genuine interest in ensuring we were well taken care of. Something I won't soon forget. Highly recommend thislocation! Read more
Not sure if there are new owners or if they just don't staff this place properly. It really feels like they just don't care... about the customers anymore. More often then not I get stuck waiting in the drive through for at least 10 min or longer. TodayI got stuck for 20 min!! This is ridiculous! There was only 1 person ahead of me.... I don't understand why they don't askpeople with large orders to park and wait to keep the flow going. All I wanted was 2 drinks.... I would give 0 stars if thatwas an option. Very disappointed. I went for coffee with a friend and while I was there decided to buy a can of coffee. Posted price was... $18.99. They rang it up st $23.99. I said the sign says $18.99. She got on the phone to her manager who said coffee went up,that may be but the sign says....Then she asked if I wanted it--I said of course not! Sobeys sells it cheaper. Any otherbusiness would have said our mistake here you go for the posted price-but not this manager. Why is it my fault they'reinadequate at running a business? Also, service was very slow to top it all off. There's a TH on every corner, I'll be goingaround the corner next time. Don't feel the need to give this TH my business when there are plenty enough options. Read more
