Whoever took my order today was quite rude and on top of that completely messed up a very simple order. Make sure before you... take off everything is in the bag because they won?t. In an industrial area people don?t have time to ?come back? and grab whatwas forgotten. Overall disappointed and I will probably stop going to this Tim hortons. slow down when making sandwiches and bagels....ordering a bagel with cream cheese gets you a bagel with a glob of cream cheese... not even spread out. its the little things ppl notice guys cmon. To the people that work here...SLOW DOWN...there is no line up but you are rushing for no reason and when you rush your food... comes out like it's been made by wild animals. Take a look at my sandwhich, I have this documented via my vehicle dashcam andwhen I took this sandwhich to the office and my office co workers thought it fell on the ground and you guys picked it uphanded it to me, which I hope is not the case. I go to this tims mostly everyday as its right next to my work. I get a coffee and a bagel. Their bagels are never toasted... properly sometimes they would be extra toasted or cold. They dont even put the spread on the bagel properly. Never bothered themwith a problem like this before. But this morning i found a FLY in my coffee. And when I complained about it they offered me afree coffee and $5 gift card. Not a satisfying customer service. Read more
Every time I order lunch, my order is wrong. This drink is suppose to be a passion fruit tea lemonade quencher which is usually... yellow in colour. This tastes like coffee and tea and is brown. So gross. Read more
