This place has improved significantly. Different staff that absolutely plow through the lines. Coffee is consistent now as well.
Speakers are terrible and when I order a bottled water it?s warm .. they keep saying they have none in the fridge .. it?s... happened 4 or 5 times. Put some in the fridge. I?m paying for the water .. wow not coming to this location again. Read more
Horrible food and customer service. No respect for their customers. I ordered the Habanero Chicken Bowl with a pop, and they... gave me the Cilantro Bowl, and they didn't have the right soda drink. The person that was preparing the food only smiled once Itold her that I got the wrong food. Read more

This might be the worst Tim Hortons I have been to. Long wait times and disorganized staff. Oh and not to me your coffee most... likely won?t be fresh either. If you are looking for a good coffee that?s quick and good. Choose a different location! Read more
The customer service at this Timmy?s is the worst I have ever seen. I got handed a breakfast sandwich falling out of it?s... wrapped without a bag. I kindly asked if I could please get a bag for the food, the woman gave me a paper bag meant for sugarand cream, cannot fit an English muffin at all. Then she slammed the drive though window in my face. All I wanted was a bag formy food like any other place would offer normally. Read more
I know your a coffee place, but when someone orders a tea it doesnt mean they want a coffee, i have to check my order every day... before i leave or 4 out of 5 days i would get a coffee instead of tea. And turn up the mics at the drive through, cant hear whatyour employees are saying. Read more
The Ice caps here taste sour 90% of the time. Last 4 in a row had to be thrown out because of this... makes me think they never... clean their machines. Read more
