Worst Tim's in Edmonton. Possibly Alberta. Possibly Canada. Save yourself the agony and just go to the one nearby on 34th.

Unfortunately, I ordered Steeped Tea double double from them and but they gave me?lots of milk with little sugar & tea. I was... like I am having raw milk with little flavour of tea and felt like m? drinking cold tea. The staff is untrained & m totallydisappointed with them. Read more

I ordered 2 large of steeped tea, in my first sip it was tasteless. I was so disappointed right away. I went back to address the... issue. The lady asked me how do I like my tea cause she has to replace. It still taste the same even she gave a new cup. Eventhe staffs tried to deceive their clients, a regular customer would always know the difference of the tea. I definitely couldtell they brewed or steeped a different kind of tea. What a F%*^ng waste of going back? Why don?t they tell that they run out ofSTEEPED TEA? Simple but sounds uncompetitive if your customers knew that you run out of inventory. Sighs! Read more

Went through the drive through this afternoon for an icecap. The girl on the intercom asked if I wanted whipped topping, then... told me to drive forward. When I got to the window they didn't have my drink ready and were totally confused about my order. Awoman who seemed like a manager came over (called me "sweetie") and said that the machine is broken and that they told me when Iordered. She then asked if I wanted something else so I asked for an iced coffee instead. They quickly made it and thenon-manager girl rudely passed it to me without a word or eye contact. The "iced" coffee was hot with a few ice cubes on top.Gross. I now have a lukewarm drink with no ice that I don't even want to drink. What a disappointing (and slightly rude)experience. I won't be going back to this particular Tom Hortons. Read more
