Teach your staff how to make the food on your menu properly. Ordered the Chipotle Steak wraps yesterday and they forgot majority... of the ingredients. It was so small and definitely NOT loaded. The one lady that takes orders at the drive thru is always consistently nice and I look forward to her pleasent voice. But most... of the time when I arrive at the drive thru window the staff is awful. The gentleman working it this mornings attitude was rudeand when I asked for them to correct my tea he handed it back with it spilling scolding hot water all over my hand and leg. This tim used to be my favourite they always made good iced caps ... but last 2 times ive gone the iced cap lid flew off and got... it all over my car 2 TIMES!! The first time it happened after some blaming me they finally gave me the 20$ gift card i asked forafter just offering my a free doughnut. The next day went to a different tims with no problem. And then today though oh this oneis closer they wouldn?t mess up twice sure enough iced cap in my car again. Updating as of Mar 20th, 2018. Sadly, their speed of service seems to be wildly inconsistent. Ordered a meal today, and the... person behind me had barely been able to put their order in before I received my food.... Which I received about five minutesafter ordering. Afterwards, the six or so people in line wound up waiting upwards of fifteen minutes just to order... Worsestill, was despite there being a line out the door, only one till remained open, with no support being given to the one personon till. Also, one would assume that ordering a panini that the bread would be crispy toasted, the cheese melted, and the meatinside warm. Nope, somewhat soggy bread, cheese that only a small portion had melted, and worst of all was the cold meat. Topthat off with a lukewarm coffee and I've pretty much sworn off this company, which is a pity because I used to really enjoytheir food. Original review: I'm not a fan of their coffee, but their sandwiches are fairly tasty. Speed of service at thislocation is alright, but can slow down a decent amount if a number of people order sandwiches (or breakfast foods) back to backdue to there not being as much space for prepping such items. Food & drink is same as any other TH. The manager was very nice.
