I used the automated order kiosk and stood there waiting for my order for 10 mins while the lady just served other people there... were 2 other people working and not one looked at the order screen. I want to be sure that I'm commenting on the right Tim hortons ( The location is 83rd ave and 112th st) They are extremely... efficient. They get an overwhelming amount of people in from the Hospital, the University and surrounding medical facilities aswell as students who live near by. They work very hard. Are always polite, And never have an issue with cleaning a table orhelping you with your order to your table. As a mom who visits the hospital across the street quite often, I'm always happywith the service here. Read more
Waiting for 8 minute before I'm told I have to wait another 6 minutes for my wedges....the the mean time I observe the lady... picking out old scraps left over cold before she throws the rest in the garbage. If your gonna make me wait 14 minutes forwedges give me the fresh ones. All and all as a whole time Hortons is not the place it used to be, keeps going down hill withquality.
