Just terrible customer service of you go inside. Stood at the counter for awhile and not only did none of the staff assist... during that time but they actively ignored me. When I was finally helped I mentioned they should at least acknowledge theirwaiting customers. The response I received was a snarky "we are short staffed". Now, I work In customers service, I understandthe struggles of short staffing, but that is not an excuse to completely ignore someone. It takes two seconds to say this tosomeone who is waiting. It should also be noted that there was 6 staff behind the counter at this point and another cleaning thebathrooms. 2 of the staff were standing around doing nothing for a portion of my time waiting. Then when I asked about the mealI was given as it seemed different from when I ordered it numerous times before, the cashier was again very snarky and rude withher responses. So much has changed, the food is a rip off, the customer service is a joke. Just go somewhere else. Read more

I have had multiple times where they take over 20 minutes to make my order and they serve almost everyone in line before me,... this is the third time this has happened and while I understand this is a busy location, today was the worst experience I've hadat any food establishment by far. I had to prove to 3 different people after waiting for over 20 minutes that I even made anorder and after doubting me several times it took them an extra 15 minutes to even make one wrap, no apology or sincerity. I hadother employees and customers expressing concern to my friend and I because the staff who was supposed to be making our ordertook so extremely long. I came today to order my potato wedges and my coffee, the person who picked up my order kept making fun of my accent ,when I... spoke with his manager at the window she tried to cover him up by telling me that they are working hard and no stop she didn'teven apologize however I told here that I'm here to take my order nothing else just a regular customer trying to have his orderand as a client i deserve better treatment. She didn't care just trying to cover up her worker .I'm really disappointed.i willtry to post the video since I've a dashcam in my car. Very disrespectful. Especially when it comes from a supervisor. Ohk? So i ordered the chicken bowl from the drive-thru and it was busy because its oilers game. And after like 15 mins of wait,... when i got the bowl, i was super disappointed. The chicken was super hard, you cant chew it and no veggies. Just some pieces ofchicken and a little bit of rice. Not worth the money. I wish, can give you guys no star. Read more

Note: this is a review of the Wendy's that is attached to the Tim Horton's in this location. Of the last five orders I've made... in the drive through of this location, I've asked for a combo meal. In every case, when I reach the window to pay, the price isconsiderably higher than the combo price, and I invariably find out that even though I'm given a drink, so they clearly havedetermined that I've ordered a combo, the sides (fries, potato wedges, etc.) are missing. When I check the billing, they havecharged me for the sandwich and the drink separately and not the combo price. Of course, paying individually for those itemscomes out higher than the combo price, so I'm not only out food, but I'm also paying more. It's a double whammy. Whenchallenged, the person at the window claims that I've never ordered a combo meal, it becomes a battle, and they ultimatelyrefuse to make it right by refunding the individual item charges and sell me the actual combo I ordered. After the fifth time ina row this has happened, I can no longer believe that this is an actual mistake. This HAS to be intentional, and a means ofbullying more money out of their customers. They are clearly hoping you won't want to be bothered to fight over it. This is allrecent behaviour, too. I've used this location literally for years and years, without a single problem with any of my ordersthrough either Tim Horton's or Wendy', but in the last four months it has completely fallen apart. Consider yourselves warned.I'm not going to give this location any more of my money and will drive out of my way to go to another Wendy's location instead.In fact, McDonalds is just down the street. This is the 3rd time they haven?t given me my drink and ushered me out after handing me the bags when they get busy. I think... overall in 3 months it has to account to a lost $10-15 dollars in goods from this location. Avoid at all costs or at your ownrisk check your bags and your trays they are brutal Read more

06 septembre 2022 around 10pm came by drive thru ordered extra large decaf coffee 4 almond milk on the side and 3 sucre he did... not even put th right variance I ask him on the intercom I received 1 pack of 2% regular milk once I asked him I wanted almondmilk he said we can?t give u almond milk on the side then asked what about if you give me 1 almond milk so that I have a nicetaste ?flavour? while drinking it. Hope he understands some people are lactose intolerance. He did not give me almond milk buthe gave me three more 2%regular then I left. Novembre24, 2021, 9:23 am, Bought a sandwich Caprese then added turkey on it ,Patricia was at the sandwich station as I was observing while I waited my sandwich Patricia was not using any tongues at all,while picking up sausages not using the black tongue then cut it with a knife so the sausage was removed from the pan holdingunit with her hands instead with the black tongue. The Supervisor Gelyn instructed Patricia to change her gloves clearly andloudly then Patricia did not care and mind to change her gloves. There are people who are allergic of pork. Then I took mysandwich and put it in the garbage because I don?t want to get sick or take epinephrine injection so that I dont get skininflammation , asthma , nausea and vomit.
