Really quick, nice staff
This Tim Hortons is in the cafeteria at Royal Alex hospital. It has the typical Tim?s menu (which is pretty darn good), and... enough staff on hand to keep customers moving. I was there at lunch time and the crowds were building but they were servingvery quickly. There are strict pandemic limits on where to sit and a maximum of two per table, but most customers were hospitalstaff who took their orders away. All in all everything was fine. I would have given five stars, but the gentleman who took myorder did not know the menu and had to look at the board to see what I was ordering. Must have been his first day on the job. Read more
I?m surprised at all of the negative reviews for this location. I went there yesterday for the first time and waited in a very... long line that moved relatively quickly. The staff were friendly and efficient and gave me exactly what I ordered (bagelbreakfast meal with orange juice). The lady even included ketchup in my bag before I asked. I think they?re doing a great jobconsidering how crazy busy they are. Read more

not a very friendly place, staff are very very slow for the amount of people working the line moved like a turtle. This... Tim Hortons refuses to be part of the reward program therefore taking advantage of the fact that the only reason you are thereis you have family or friends ill and in the hospital I will stop at a drive thru Tim Horton's before heading to thehospital. Located inside the Royal Alex's cafeteria, it's one of the first places to open in the morning (usually 06:30) which is nice,... especially if you happened to be spending the night in emergency with your spouse. Anyways, they have a reasonable selection ofitems from the usual Tim Hortons lineup, including freshly brewed niiiice and hot coffee, delicious breakfast sandwiches andwonderful lunch and supper items. Staff are friendly, courteous, and best of all quick at getting through the large rushes thislocation can get, especially that first forty five minutes or so after they open.
