The staff preparing food do not follow the orders. Twice in a row they have prepared my order wrong even when the screen shows... the correct order (I checked). My mistake for not checking it before I left, but a customer shouldn?t have to do that. Theyspend more time side-eyeing customers and chatting, instead of focusing on their jobs. This used to be my main timmies , since I live so close to it. But it recent years I've stopped going here mainly for the fact... it's turned into a animal shelter where anything can happen. Not to mention , they have a problem cooking things to completion.Quite a few times I've ordered the bagel belt , only to discover the bacon has been cooked enough to not make me sick but notenough to make it enjoyable. The coffee is usually spot on but its sad that someone cares so little to not be able to spend afew minutes cooking my food . Read more
Don't bother. Your coffee will be old and sitting in a thermal carafe for over an hour and rather then make a fresh pot... theybserve you the old Luke warm coffee. Thanks for brewing that fresh. When I asked for a fresh cup they said no that it wasfine and I was being fussy. Better off finding literally anywhere else for your coffee then this location. Read more
I got a carrot muffin, frozen lemonade, cold brew, and farmer biscuit sandwich. The sandwich was the best one I?ve ever had from... Tim Hortons because the eggs were fresh! My cold brew was delicious and the cold foam was perfect. Yummy frozen lemonade andcarrot muffin. I did wait a while for my food but it was because the eggs were being made fresh (: I wish they told me it was mysandwich instead of just tossing it on the counter and walking away, but it?s ok because it was awesome. Yesterday i went to have a coffee and use washroom. There was a homeless man askinf for a coffee. I asked to buy a two caps of... coffee and one cheese biscuit. Whe she, an East Indian like looking girl, She changed me some amount of money. She didn't sayhow much and the machine didn't show how much. I tapped my card was waiting to be offered my receipt. She didn't offer thereceipt. She give two biscuits instead of one. I walk to use washroom. But their washroom was out of service. Walked away withfull bladder and thirsty. I can't even drink my coffee because of having a full blood. I took a bus and came home after 2 hoursat home I realized I was charged $9.50. I really do not like the service. The 2 stars are for getting my order right and they were delicious. The 3 stars I didn?t give are for both the staff and the... store. The store was dimmed and not welcoming at all. The first person I spoke looked tired or not interested in what she wasdoing. I tried to order a ?bacon cheese melt? but she thought It was for a ?bagel.? I hear the judgement from her tone. She wasalso talking with little to no customer-service. This is the same for the person making the food. No smile. No thank you. Nonothing. I understand it?s not an easy job. I ordered a coffee and a toasted bagel this morning. Coffee is ok but bagel came burnt. When I showed them the black bagel... (only on the buttered sides), she asked me, did you ask for a double toasted bagel? ???????????? They made me another one butthis one is not toasted and feel just luke warm?? Staff really doesn't pay attention. I had to repeat myself like I swear 10 times and they still could not get my order right. I... ended up getting refunded in the end. I mean how hard is it to get a simple drink order right. I asked for a large roastedhazelnut cold brew. First they said it was a latte. Then she made ne a regular cold brew and when I said that wasn't it either.I said it was a roasted hazelnut cold brew she just added the syrup to the one she made. Then when they made it again it wasstill made wrong with no foam and no syrup. Like wow it was the worst experience I have ever had at a tim hortons ever.
