Worst TimHortans I?ve been to so far, I was there yesterday with my girlfriend, son and mother in law, the workers were so slow... and had no brain, they got my order wrong and were being rude , when we asked for the receipt the girl that worked there gave usattitude as well the other man would talk over my mother in law. There are 2 locations in city center. This one specifically must not want to make any money. The women that work there have ZERO... sense of urgency. They all move like slugs and act like they don't have a line up of 5 people waiting to get to work with 5people waiting for a simple coffee. So disappointing. There are 3 people working and the lady preparing the food is taking too much time. We've been waiting for 15 minutes and even... gave the order to the customer that ordered after us. Very poor customer service. Read more
Awful. I ordered the loaded habanero chicken bowl. When I opened my order, there was barely any quinoa, instead of the chopped... lettuce that they usually put, I got a literal singular large piece of lettuce on the bottom so it was hidden until I got to it.The cheese was literally cold and I could tell that it was still somewhat frozen. Order tea. Had to put in cream sugar on own. Order 10 Tim it?s. Punches one Timbit into screen. Pay by apple pay, cashier waits... for cash. Hiring employees based on equal opportunity regardless of mental state or physical hardship is ok. I applaud them fordoing so. It doesn?t excuse errors in ordering process on every level. Good customer service. I like the cheesecake donut most so far. Steep tea double double is one of my favorite hot drinks.
This location is bright and airy in the pedway between Edmonton Centre Mall east and west. It?s a Tim Hortons so it?s no... surprise as to the menu. I have been here a few times and the service I have received has been good. There is some limitedseating. This location is small but offers a full menu. Read more
