This location needs to decide whether it is running a coffee shop or a homeless shelter, because it is getting harder and harder... to tell. The level of social disorder is astoundingly high, staff is powerless to deal with it and service suffers as a result.It is not unusual to see a handful of people sleeping in the dining area - which is a far better 'clientele' than the entourageof agitated and aggressive types who seem to have little better to do than harass the staff and paying customers. I ordered one chilli soup for take out with extra bun that i paid on it but they didn't put and my bag. Before I get my order, I... waited for fifteen minutes for that. The workers are always hanging around and keep talking to each other instead ofprioritizing the orders. I highly don't recommend this restaurant and I will nit going back there anymore. Went in to get some breakfast, line was long but went quickly which was nice, however i ordered a breakfast sausage sandwhich on... a biscuit, but when they called my order it was wrong and the lady who took my order kept insisting i said farmers sausagesandwhich, and then proceeded to complain to other staff members that this is what i had said and i was wrong. They made me anew sandwhich which was nice, but i could have done without the whining from the lady who took my order. Read more
I have been coming to this location every Saturday morning for several years now. coffee is always good, but the service is... poor. majority if the times I've come here I've had to wait in line long. 4 or 5 employees running around, but they ignorethe line up far too long. then they have an attitude if anyone says anything about it. they need customer service training Read more
Nice and space. Got a quencher was very good. Tim Hortons needs to do a hiring blitz. That location needed at least 3 to 4 more... people working behind the counter. There were 3. You need 3 at cashier taking orders cam do donughts and 3 behind doing coffee,food and drinks. Then the cashier is not running around doing everything. Read more
It is not a good look for Tim Hortons or for Jasper Place when inebriated individuals are loitering out in front of entrances to... businesses. It is a shame how often we witness this in the City. If only something would be done about this major issue ourcities face. Read more
The staff here should be trained on what talking to customers should look like, or even what talking to human beings should look... like, because the service here is consistently bad. The cafe seating area is gross and unkept. This location also had a brokenwheelchair button at the entrance. Read more
