If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. I ordered a chicken wrap and 3 guys were working on it all giggly and laughing like... they're doing something bad with my order. Took them more than 5 minutes to get it ready. I didn't even feel like eating itafterwards. I paid in cash and they gave 1 peso's for the quarters. Seems like they do not check cash changes. Excellent workers. They served with a friendly and so fast amazingly service. They know my order and made it made me feel... good with their hot and fresh coffee and breakfast sandwiches that really make my day feel good. Keep on coming back tothis store. Read more
i went to this location last night (may 21) and there was only two workers working the night around 10:30? nobody was answering... the drive thru, there was four cars behind me. i pulled up to the window, there?s three people ahead of me and i wait 10 minutesfor these three people to go through. once i get to the window they say ?sorry we only have two people.? these two young men aredragging their feet around, walking unbelievably slow and not working. the person behind me is STILL at the drive thru speakerwith no order taken. this is ridiculous. then they don?t have anything i wanted. no bagels. no donut i wanted. i?m like what theheck? Nice and friendly service, nice and clean. However I made an order for 2 everything bagels with herb and Garlic and did not... recieve the second one I had ordered. So, now as it is I said the order 3 times to the cashier and it still came out wrong. Ireally dislike people when they do not get the orders right after being told 3 times. The women ahead of us had to get her iced cap remade and when they did it still looked really funky, and they argued with her.... Gave them the benefit of the doubt so we ordered a coffee, and a cold brew. The coffee was absolutely old, and when we asked fora fresh pot they argued with us and tried to just add more old coffee to the cup to top it off, the girl was so rude. My orderwas a Cold brew Hazelnut cream, the cold brew was disgusting looking, the cream was separating from the coffee itself and it?ssupposed to mix in. WARNING!!! PLEASE make sure you check your entire order before leaving the restruant. They only have 1-2 employees working at... any time and are always in a rush and make mistakes. the area to wait in is only about 50 square feet so its jam packed. I go to this Tim Hortons fairly regularly and have almost always gotten fast and good service. I don?t like the food much but... that?s a matter of option. I went in today and got an extra large French Vanilla Cappuccino topped up with coffee.... therewere so many coffee grounds in it!!!!! I spit it out and didn?t finish it. So yucky. So 3 stars today. Thought I'd bring my girlfriend a drink while she was in the hospital. Waited for over 5 minutes for a "fresh" pot of steeped... tea, just to get old tea, and not even a full cup. This location is absolutely horrible. Please teach your employees betterservice. Read more
