Some of the hardest workers at this location (both employees and supervisors) but with the way it's managed its no wonder... there's a high staff turnover rate and constant customer complaints. Unethical and perhaps even illegal training practices,horrible work culture, advantage taking of immigrants/students, and unrealistic incentives that may reward managers but notemployees. Tim Hortons franchise has really gone down the drain over the years and it probably all stems from the corporatelevel. Read more
Worst service I have ever experienced at Tim?s. the supervisor Rewena was extremely rude. I made a mistake on a reward drink... order and she refused to correct it or give me the correct size. Been coming inside many times throughout the summer. The donuts here are the worst I've ever seen. Apple fritters, sour creme... glazed and many more look just like a plain donut. This has been all year. Avoid this place if your looking to buy donuts. Read more
Is there any option for zero rating? I have never posted a negative reply in my whole life but, this place is full of toxicity.... Employees are treated as slaves. Manager keeps yelling they make it worse. Even she's rude to the customers. After she joinedmost of the employees quit. Third time in 2 weeks from this location that I've asked for a "Bacon's farmer wrap combo" and it not only took ten minutes to... even get to order, but the wrap was also prepared incorrect.The wrap was without sauce and had maple bacon which I can't stand,not regular bacon. Which on the menu is just a maple bacon wrap. Different than a farmers bacon wrap entirely. I never leavereviews but thisblocation is slow. only one person was in front of me inside who was ordering donuts. And one other person inthe drive through. There were 10 employees on shift at the time of my order. So disappointed in this franchise and will likelynot return to this location in the future. Read more
I didn't wait long to be greeted (NOT with a smile and good attitude) and the food was good (except they didn't put extra butter... that I ordered). I asked that they wipe the table for us to sit at( because it was clearly very dirty and to add that thegarbage is overflowing and there are approximately 5 that I can see employees working in the front), it took a few mins ofwaiting for them but they did it. She sprayed it on the table towards my son (I then said please don't spray towards my son,that's not ok, they apologized). As we started eating I noticed that my bagel didn't have extra butter so I asked for butterand a knife, someone else gave me one butter with no knife. I then asked for a knife. I used my manners and smiled everytime. The entire visit, I felt unwanted by all of the employees that I had encounters with. Read more
One early morning, I came to order food and the lady there was so rude. She kept acting like she couldn't hear me on purpose,... even though I repeated my order 3 times. I knew she was doing it on purpose, because she was trying to be unhappy that me and myfriend were having a good time and laughing while waiting to order. I got annoyed after repeating my order countless times, andshe would only reply with "what" pretending she couldn't hear me. I was ordering a sausage breatfast sandwich, its not that hardto understand. So I began to talk louder and said "why are you acting like you cant hear me, I just want my food". And shethreatened to call the cops on me, I told her go ahead I didn't do anything wrong I just want my food. I went and got a bagel double toasted with plain cream cheese. Wasn?t double toasted I ate one bite and threw it out cuz it was... cold and they put the wrong cream cheese also. My donut was so stain I spat it out. No breakfast for me . Read more
