WORST TIM in whole canada , I forbid myself to write any negative reviews,BUT i feel this is the worst tim drive thru in whole... of the Canada . I have travelled most of the canada and have not seen such a poor customer service consistently . I havepolitely advised the manager few times to listen to customers effectively but they just just refuse . Every one has to literallyshout in the mic and repeat the order 5-10 times . BRAVO ???????? Would give a 0 if possible. Drive thru is horrible, they never seem to be able to hear on their mic or are never available to... take an order even though it was a quite evening. Can hear the staff speaking among themselves but no one seemed to respond tous on the mic. Had to drive up to the window and honk and knock multiple times before a guy answered. If you are the owner or ifyou are the manager, Mike and are looking at this review, either change your staff or upgrade your coms. Read more
Worst customer service ever. The staffs are quite rude and very disrespectful. Drive-thru is meant to be a fast-paced system but... I spent more than 10 minutes waiting at the drive-through and I would never recommend this place. Save yourself the stress. Read more
I?m not even mad, I?m impressed that someone would think this is acceptable to serve to a customer. You either get a bagel... that?s under cooked big time that you can tell it?s still cold or frozen (believe me it happens to me lots there) or the burnthe burn it all to hell. This is one of the most inefficient Tim Hortons I have seen. They provide awful customer service. The list of issues with this... Tim Hortons is incomparable to any other Tims I have been too. They will get your order wrong most of the time. The driveway isa mess where you wait irrespective of how busy they are and the product they will give is so par below expectation. I amattaching one as an example of plain bagel toasted with butter. I took this bagel to eat at home and when I arrived there isalmost no butter and bagel doesnot look fresh. Very disappointing!!!! Usually love this Tim?s but I was really disappointed today. I ordered a southwestern crispy chicken wrap. The gentleman asked 3... times whether I wanted a crispy chicken wrap, then proceeded to ask whether i want bacon. I once again repeated southwesternchicken and said no to bacon. As I know the chicken wrap has ranch and I absolutely hate ranch. I saw the order was wrong onthe screen so I once again asked what the wrap was, he once again repeated the wrong thing and I once again stated southwesterncrispy chicken wrap. He then changed it to the correct item on the screen so I confirmed that?s what I wanted. I bite in andobviously this is not the right order, on top of it I have about half a bottle of ranch it exploded all over my car whilerushing to work. So lovely. I hate ranch, the smell of it makes me grossed out, tossed it out. All I?m asking is that if youdon?t know what the customer is talking about maybe get someone else to take the order and don?t confirm multiple times ifyou?re gonna give the wrong item. Went in their drive through, the lady in middle of taking my order started talking to someone else at the back and muted me... I... waited for 2 minutes but no1 returned to take my order back, the other line kept working so I thought maybe it was an equipmentissue and moved to the other side. As soon as they heard my voice on the other speaker, they kept quite for a minute or so andwhen I started getting super upset, a new person came and started taking my order. When I asked why they stopped taking my orderearlier, they never gave me an answer. Went to the window and was met with a half hearted apology while taking my money and whenI asked the guy why is it that it happened in the first place, he just shrugged! Read more
