Love there steeped tea
Very disappointed, my friend went to the Tim Hortons by Southgate mall, 5015 111 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6H 4M6.. She is deaf, and... had 3 kids in her vehicle. She went through the driveway, wanting to order Timbits for her daughter's birthday at 8:45 am todaybut they turned her away from the drive through and told her to go inside. She asked to speak to a manager, but the supervisoron duty said no, and she was the one to turn her away. It's not like she pulled up, and started typing. She had the order allwritten and ready by the time she pulled up. This is discrimination, and we have never experienced this before until now. Thisis a location many deaf people frequent due to its proximity to the Alberta school for the deaf. It only takes an extra minuteto process a written order via drive through, and many drive through speakers advise that if anyone has difficulty orderingthrough the speaker, to proceed to the window. Ordered from the offer in my Tim apps, the front Till named Mark decided that I can only get one from the offer in my apps ,... which it depends on the web offer to which I can be given. He did not put through my ordered iced coffee regardless I asked forit. Its not the offer that counts but the customer services that he brought in to Tim Hortons. Read more
