I stopped in here for lunch one day recently while on Whyte Ave. The street parking is free for the first 30 minutes, so enough... time for a solo lunch. I haven't been to tokyo noodle shop in maybe 20 years? Back in my school days i came here withfriends. The staff were excellent on my recent visit and the food was very good. The gyoza were amazing, the set lunch was goodand everything was fairly priced. Great place for lunch. Read more

I can't believe how amazing the ramen was! We ordered the regular chicken ramen ($12) and the gluten-free chicken ramen ($15). I... absolutely would recommend getting the gluten-free ramen if you're celiac. It was delicious! Just make sure to ask for yourgluten-free noodles slightly undercooked because the noodles get softer the longer they are in your bowl. The flavour wasphenomenal and the chicken was so so so good. 1000% recommend. Read more

The dried ramen was a new option that I haven't found anywhere else. Koodo for creating that. I would add a small bowl of soup... or some citrus sauce to complement the flavors and tastes though. The noodles were good but not quite distinctive compared tosome other restaurants in the city. The restaurant is neat and clean, plus good location. Read more

So sad that dinner was horrible. Several of the dishes were cold. Of course I understand with takeout this is a risk but if... they can not get it warm to the door, maybe they should consider them out of delivery range. The Salmon Nigiri was non edible. It was thin, with what I though was skin on one side, tasted bad. When I called them they told me it was just the belly side. Okay well we eat a lot is sushi and never had that before. Dinner cost us 170.00, and we never had a good meal. :((((. Saveyour money. Don’t eat here. Read more

Went again with my cousin & it was delicious as usual. Still a great Kimchi Ramen. My cousin had the spicy chicken ramen and... enjoyed it as well. I had the Kimchi ramen. It was delicious and my new favorite now. The staff and decor was nice. I highlyrecommend you check this place out. Their sushi is good as well. Bathroom was clean and had a neat sink. Read more

I have tried multiple sushi restaurants, yet I was so disappointed that I have to leave a review. The rice is raw, easy to far... apart. It’s clear to see they did not use sushi rice or their standard is too low. The pressed salmon has minimum amount ofsalmon with ample rice. I also ordered sashimi. The fish tastes good but the portion is pathetically trivial for $15. Will notorder again since even the rice in T&T sushi is tastier. Read more

Very disappointed. Probably the worst sushi I've ever eaten, sushi shop was 10x better... I mean... sriracha sauce in the spicy... roll with no mayo and sauce... really? And the price of that is one of a premium maki roll. Didn't have a high expectation tobegin with, it was honestly difficult to make me feel disappointed. The gyudon's taste was alright but the meat was dry, hardand chewy... while the ramen was bland and tasteless. Good pina colada tho, but unfortunately we didn't come for that really. 2stars since it wasn't that awful but I would avoid at all cost, having been to Japan often enough to tell it's definitely notauthentic japanese.
