Never had an issue before because there?s always a nice man who takes your orders but today there was a girl (tall, dark skin)... who didn?t take my order for 5 mins when there was no one ahead of me and when she did, she talked in a rude tone. When I askedher for extra ketchup she snatched the bag out of my hand to show me she put some all the way at the bottom claimin there?s 4-5when there were like 2 so I asked if I could get more anyways. I?m so happy Triple O?s is in Alberta now, if you haven?t tried their pickle chips you?re missing out. I will go out of my way... for pickle chips. There?s two locations in Edmonton I believe, their burgers are pricey and messy but oh so WORTH it. Anyburger with mushrooms, tasty. Their chicken? Crispy. Milkshakes bro I forgot about the milkshakes! If you ask for hot saucethey?ll give you franks which goes with anything really, chicken, beef, pickles? you name it. 10/10 Read more
The workers here should take pride in their product as they don't melt the cheese when serving the poutine. They put cold,... cheese lumps onto the fries thinking that the gravy will melt it which is not true. They are taking shortcuts and are lazy to dothis. The prices were too expensive too for the quality of food. $10.00 for a little bowl of fries with cold cheese lumps and adrink is terrible. I won't here at this "last resort" again. Read more
Love the burgers here. Fresh ingredients and the special sauce make their burgers the best, they are delicious and tasty. I... love their fries, they are steak cut size. Service is okay. The store is in the Royal Alexandra Hospital lower level foodcourt. Lots of seating and washrooms close by. The shakes are to die for. Read more
