I have to say we used to love UFO pizza until recently. We were loyal customers since they opened but in the last 6 months it... has gone down hill in a bad way and I am not sure if it was because of new management or not. The last 2 times we ordered twomedium pizzas and when we got them home the crust was still raw and the dough wasn't cooked and the toppings are sparse. We haddecided to stick to donairs because they used to have the best. Well the last 2 times when we ordered them and I went to pickthem up they don't even have the meat on the donair spit cooking. It is left on the cook top under a lid. The originalmanagement would not have let this happen. I suppose it is time to try the competitors. Also prices have risen and sizes haveshrunk. Read more
Super donair was the size of a regular anywhere else. Garlic sauce was very bitter and lettuce and tomatoes were wilted and... mushy. The donair meat itself tastes like donair loaf you buy from a grocery store. Will not be going back. The whole thingtasted like a bitter mushy mess Read more
We ordered a chicken ceaser salad and were disappointed to find no chicken on the salad and more dressing than we were... expecting. but they brought out extra lettuce and chicken to add in as well as complimentary drinks as compensation. The frieswere great, the seasoning on them was good and their mushroom burger is very good.I love the vibe of the place, it would begreat for a kids birthday party, and the staff are very friendly. Great donair and very good poutine. Very interesting how they bake their poutine. Looks very nice inside and a kid movie was... playing. It was nice. One star off only because the girls bathroom door handle was broken and I had to rescue my wife anddaughter! Read more
Went to try UFO Pizza today as I saw the 2 for 1 deal. Ordered 2 "medium" pizzas and they're quite small for a medium. The Ham &... pineapple was good but didn't care for the BBQ Chicken... Unfortunately probably won't return cause of size and price of like$30 for 2 "medium" pizzas Read more
I love the pizza here. I have a long history with UFO pizza. We lived in St Paul for 10 years and that is where UFO Pizza is... from, they have this Edmonton location and the original St Paul location. Getting back to the pizza, it is awesome. Today wehad the UFO Special and the Buffalo Chicken pizzas. Lots of cheese, sauce, and toppings. I like the fact that the stuff on topof the pizza goes right to the edge of the pizza so next to nothing for a crust. We enjoyed the pizza in St Paul and love ithere too. The pizza is takeout as the restaurant has a small front entrance to basically pick up the pizza. Read more
Its with a heavy heart that I have to change my previous 5 star review of what used to be my favorite favorite pizza place in... all of Alberta.(Even used to bring this pizza to Red Deer for my dad it was his favorite too).But the last 3 times Ive orderedpizza from this place its been nothing like it used to be. It is now very very small, cheap on the toppings pizza. U.F.O pizzais not the cheapest pizza and it totally used to be worth it. But things have changed and I no longer feel the value is there.Sorry ufo but I need my pizza to not look as flat as pizza hut pizza. Read more
