I don't know how long those fries were out of the fryer, but they were room temperature and soggy at best. The chicken sandwich... was a bit warmer than the fries but still not as hot as it should be. It also had a subtle weird flavour. It's also reallyannoying that Wendy's always assumes that I would like a combo. Are they incapable of asking if I would like one? Even if Ispecify no combo, they still punch in a combo most of the time. I've been overcharged before because of this more than once andthey refused to refund me. Read more
After placing my order 2x in person and of all things the order was not correct , 2 baconator combos with a come and fanta no... ice . Yet I was given 1 son of baconator sandwich and missing the other. Called to and complain and the store hummed and hawwedand the store manager hung up on the call. Dont go to this place their demeanor is rather defensive. Is this customer issueor store issue. I felt so disrespected and its pathetic. It is a pretty typical Wendy's. Their service is generally fast for lunch rushes, which is great. Rarely get an order wrong. The... dining room is dated and usually very hot for some reason. The drive through has giant potholes so be careful! Better thanaverage location though. Read more
Worst drive thru ever. Everytime I go to this store, I am consistently asked to park and wait for my food for almost 10mins.... Today, we drove thru the window because we didn?t hear anybody responding to us on their speaker/intercom in spite of saying?hello? several times. The staff didn?t take our order at the window because he said it would take time even there?s nobodybehind us. My friends and I then decided to leave. Will definitely not go back to this location. Ordered a #7 combo with extra mayo, which is a classic chicken sandwich meal? What I got was a #6 which is a SPICY chicken... sandwich but with ZERO mayo! Needless to say I didn?t want to drive all the way back due to being on my 30 min lunch break?. Iendured a dam spicy sandwich that lit my mouth up! ???????????????? and with NO mayo ??????????? My girlfriend ordered lunch, 4 double Jr bacon cheese burgers, with extra pickles and onions. A Dave's double & a Dave's triple,... with side of nachos. The only thing they got correct was the drinks. we received all the burgers, but each burger was missing apatty, the extra pickles and onions, and switch mustard for mayonnaise. each burger was incorrect , but not to mention I found a7-8" hair in my nachos (I have short hair, not longer then 3") it's obviously fast food but have some self respect.
