My wife and I ordered 2 Dave?s single combos. We got our meal VERY quickly, and there is a reason for that. My wife?s burger was... completely raw on the inside. She brought this forward to the management (which she had to wait 5 minutes to speak to). Themanager took her burger to the back and offered her another one. I?m not sure what person would be able to stomach anotherburger after eating a raw one. She asked for a refund which he gave her and whispered ?sorry about that?. Very poor customerservice skills. We were both expecting a little more from them. Serving a customer raw meat is a big screw up. We certainly willnot be going back to this Wendy?s for a long time, if at all. Avoid at all costs. This is the best Wendys on the south side. Their fries are always fresh, crispy and well cooked. Their food is excellent... prepared as well (no burning, good amount of sauce, sandwiches are assembled properly). If something is not right they makesure to correct the problem right away. I appreciate their good customer service. Food is hot and prepared quickly. Highlyrecommend this location! Read more
This is what happens when kids are left to run a place! I came into the store to grab a bite to eat...no one was at the till. I... saw no one at all. I started to think that maybe they left the front door unlocked and only drive thru us open. It was onlyabout 8:30-9PM. I had to yell "hello"??? No one responded. I did end up seeing someone cleaning...she looked at me and went backto cleaning. She didn't tell anyone that I was there. I saw some dude working the fry station and he looked at me and keptworking. Didn't notify anyone that a customer was at the front counter. I waited and got frustrated and was about to leave whena guy came to the front counter. I asked if the lobby was closed? He said no and apologized but still though...like 2 people sawme and said nothing. All kids working. They needed adult supervision. Needless to say I ordered and wasn't terrible impressedthat I had to wait over 12 mins to get my food and the fries were cold. This is my 1st and last time at this Wendy's! Read more
RIDICULOUS!! Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get 6 junior cheeseburger deluxe and 10 nuggets for 3 to share. Went to... Wendy's cuz it's fast! Unless you're at this one. They got all 6 burgers wrong!! Had to wait another 10 minutes to get newburgers and there wasn't a sole dining in but couted at least 6 staff. A lady waiting in the drive thru came in angry about thewait, another came in and left without ordering and all 8 cars in the drive thru were blowing horns at one point. Me and my sister who are black went to this Wendy?s today, and they messed up both our orders pretty badly. I ordered a dave?s... single, but they gave me a patty on bread with nothing else, my sister ordered a salad, but they gave her a burger. Anyways,they fixed our orders and all was okay until this other family who was white had similar issues with their food. The differenceis, the white family got complimentary forsty?s and the staff apologized personally, all we got was ?sorry?. Not to mention thefact my burger was lowkey raw :( Read more
They just opened, and can't even serve hot fresh fries! They need to learn quick or permanantly loose customers. So... disappointed! It should be the easiest thing but they tasted like they were re deep fried, super hollow and tasted like packingpeanuts! Oh, and no ice from pop machine. A brand new location opened in the neighbourhood. Its a beautiful wendy, with unique design style. It has drive thru as well.... The sign on the building is missing but other than that it looking good. Read more
A friend warned me about this location, but I thought I would give it a try. The fact that every time I order I have to ask for... fresh fries or nuggets is terrible and they end up just RE FRYING everything which makes it so much worse. Instead of trying tocut corners maybe re train your employees on food preparation. I gave this location so many chances?I?ll be making the drive toWindermere Wendy?s from now on. Read more
